What is the Owner Hub?

The Owner Hub is your own private, secure online space for your property. It's where you can see what your home might be worth right now, keep an eye on what's selling nearby, and find your property's documents, photos and records all in one place. Think of it as a living folder for your property that we keep up to date for you — rather than a one-off report that's out of date the moment it's printed.

How do I get in? Do I need a password?

No password to remember. When we email you about your property, the email contains a personal one-click link that takes you straight into your Owner Hub. Just tap the button in the email and you're in.

For your convenience, once you've opened your hub on a device (your phone or laptop), it remembers you for a few weeks, so you can come straight back without needing the email again. If you'd prefer a traditional password, you can set one up inside the hub at any time.

Is it secure?

Yes. The sign-in link is personal to you and refreshes every time we send a new email, so older links stop working. Please don't forward your emails to anyone you wouldn't want seeing your property information. If you ever want extra security, you can add a password from the Security section of your hub.

What can I see in my Owner Hub?

  • Market Watch — an up-to-date estimate of your property's value, how that estimate has moved over time, and recent sales of comparable properties near you.
  • Your property timeline — a running feed of activity and updates, so you can see what's happened and when.
  • Documents — important documents we've shared with you, ready to view or download.
  • Photos — the photography for your property.
  • Open home feedback — if your property is on the market, summaries of who came through and what they thought.
  • Property records — maintenance history, chattels and the key facts about your home, building into a useful record over time.

What is Market Watch?

Market Watch is the heart of the Owner Hub. Instead of a static printed valuation, it's a living view: we gather estimates from the major valuation sources, track how your estimate changes over time, and show you the sales happening around you. Whenever we refresh your figures, it updates automatically and you'll see it noted on your timeline.

Can I see what's listing and selling right around my home?

Yes — as an optional extra inside Market Watch. On top of the suburb-wide sales, we can switch on "Nearby activity": a live map of every home that lists, sells or is withdrawn within about a kilometre of you, kept up to date. If you'd like it, just tap "Switch on nearby activity" in your Market Watch (or ask us) and we'll set it up for your property.

Do I have to be selling my home to use it?

Not at all. The Owner Hub is just as useful if you're simply keeping an eye on your property's value and your local market. It's yours to use whether or not you're thinking about selling.

How often will I hear from you?

We send a short digest email that rounds up new activity on your property — for example, when your valuation is refreshed or a comparable property sells nearby. You choose how often: every day, once a week, or not at all. There's a link at the bottom of every email to change this whenever you like.

What does it cost?

The Owner Hub is free.

How do I change my email frequency or stop the emails?

Every email we send has a preferences link at the bottom. Click it to switch between daily and weekly updates, or to turn the emails off entirely. You don't need to log in to do this.
