From Property Owners:

On Owner Hub activity: when you are signed in to your Owner Hub we record which pages you open and when. We store the page address, the property it relates to, your user account, and a session reference. We do not store your IP address or any device information.

From Prospective Purchasers and Site Visitors:

• Contact information (if provided)
• Property search preferences
• Communication records
• Expression of interest submissions
• Website usage data, including analytics and advertising cookies where you have allowed them (see Cookies Policy)

From Staff Users:

• Employment and role information
• Access and activity logs
• Professional credentials

• Provide real estate agency services
• Facilitate property listings and sales
• Maintain the Owner Hub as your property information vault
• See whether you have read an update we sent you about your property, so the person handling your sale can follow up usefully rather than guessing

• Measure whether our advertising brings people to the site

Google and Meta are overseas providers. If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, information about your visit is sent outside New Zealand and handled under their own privacy policies. You can decline either category at any time in Cookie Preferences, and neither is used when you are signed in.

We never share your Owner Hub activity, your property documents or your financial details with an advertising platform.

Information is stored securely on servers in Auckland, New Zealand

When entering into an agency agreement with a client, we are required to collect and verify identity information under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. This information must be retained for legal compliance purposes.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites.

We're not responsible for their privacy practices.

Our services are not directed at persons under 18 years of age.

We don't knowingly collect information from children.
