- Contact the customer within 24 hours of receiving the enquiry.
- Provide the contact with a free market appraisal of their property in a timely fashion, and carried out to professional standards.
- With the customer's express consent, include the customer in the agent's database so that the customer can be kept up to date with market conditions in their area.
- From time to time at the customer's request, provide the customer with an updated appraisal reflecting current market conditions.
- Act at all times with honesty and integrity as per the REAA 2008
